Back to School with Jack Barakat of All Time Low
We know--you're clinging on to the last days of summer--but the impending waft of cafeteria food is closing in on you. Buzznet asked some of your favorite musicians about their high school experience to help ease you into the Back to School Season. We kick off this series with All Time Low's Jack Barakat, who traded tickets for homework.

What were your extracurricular activities?
In high school I didn't really do any of those. Whatever band I was in at the time, that's where I devoted my time.
What was your high school's mascot?
Lion!
Did you ever write down a REALLY ridiculous answer on a test?
Yeah, all the time. I remember taking a French test and not knowing most of it. Once I wrote "My mom's fluent in French and does my homework so that's why I fail these tests"
If you could have gone to any fictional high school, which one would it have been?
Are you kidding!? Boy Meets World. Duh
Favorite place to hang or hide at your school?
Use to hang in the library in the morning. I would ask the nerdier kids to do my homework from the night before. I gave them tickets to local shows a lot.
What did you usually eat for lunch?
Spicy chicken sandwich, everyday
Were you ever bullied? If so, how did you deal with it?
Eh, not really. A little bit in middle school. Just ignored it. Got in a couple scuffles. Got suspended a couple times.
What song, band or album do you most identify with your high school experience?
All of Enema of the State
What was the most trouble you ever got in, and what was it for?
I got suspended once for punching a kid in the face cause he took one of my gf's. It was after school. I was an idiot. 8th grade.
Which high school from a music video would you want to go to?
'Dance Dance' by FOB or My Chem's 'Teenagers'
